The Stats tab shows the last 30 days for one timer.
- Views: each download of the timer image, counted per day (UTC).
- Clicks: each click on the smart link, counted per day.
- Click rate: clicks divided by views over the same 30 days.
- Hourly: switch the chart to views per hour for the last 7 days, in your own timezone.
- Email apps: the share of views by Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail and others, detected from how each app downloads images. Treat it as a trend.
When views jump suddenly, Stats shows when your email likely went out.
Views are downloads
Email apps fetch images in different ways. Apple Mail can download images when an email arrives. Gmail fetches through a proxy. A reader who opens an email three times creates three views. So views are a measure of activity, not of unique people. Use your email platform’s reports for opens and recipients.
Email summaries
Under Account → Email notifications you can get:
- Timer alerts: an email when a fixed-date timer has 24 hours left and when it ends, with its total views and clicks.
- Weekly summary: on Mondays, views and clicks for each timer over the past 7 days. It is skipped when nothing was viewed.
