These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] (“we”) for the use of Inboxclock.
The service
Inboxclock lets you create countdown timer images and embed them in emails. During the beta, the service is free and provided “as is”. Features may change.
Your account
You must give a valid email address and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity in your account. You must be at least [16] years old.
Acceptable use
Do not use Inboxclock to:
- send spam or email to people who have not agreed to receive it,
- deceive people, for example with fake deadlines meant to defraud,
- break the law or infringe others’ rights,
- overload, probe or attack the service.
We may suspend timers or accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep the rights to your timer designs and text. You give us permission to store and render them to provide the service.
Availability
We aim to keep timers working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service during the beta. Email apps control how images are shown; we cannot control their behavior.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales from a timer that did not display. [Liability cap and jurisdiction-specific wording.]
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time. We may end accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.
Changes and law
We will post changes here and email account holders about significant ones. These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].
