Setup
How to set it up
About two minutes in the editor.
Choose Fixed date and set the end of the sale.
Turn off Show days so a 48-hour sale reads as “47 hours”, which feels more urgent than “1 day 23 hours”.
Keep Show seconds on. Moving seconds are what make the timer feel live.
Choose what readers see after the end, and add a link for late clicks.

Can a timer show only hours?
Yes. Turn off “Show days” and hours keep counting past 24, for example 47:12:05.
